So a while ago I was talking about what kind of ‘gaming rigs’ I used to have (in short: not much). I wasn’t really planning to get any new PC’s other than my laptop. That would just be confusing with trying to get all my documents and other work sorted and stuff. (Of course, we’ve got things like Dropbox now, but this was just after the .com crisis) I did want to have something that was dedicated to play games, without having to kick my brother from his PC.
I wouldn’t call myself much of a gamer. In fact, I rarely play them. But on the other hand I do love games, and in general they’ve always been an interest of mine.
So, what’s holding me back from actually playing a game? Well, mostly time shortage because of work, me being able to amuse myself just fine by browsing the internet and then there’s the fact that I really don’t have a decent ‘gaming rig’ (which is gamer lingo for ‘device that is able to play games’).
